Ambassador Kojo Bonsu has called on Ghanaian Assembly Members to emulate China’s development model, emphasising the need for innovative and visionary leadership to drive national transformation. The Ambassador’s remarks came during a special reception at the Ghana Embassy in Beijing, where he hosted a delegation of 32 Assembly Members on a week-long visit to China. “China’s progress is a testament to the power of effective leadership and people-centered development,” Ambassador Bonsu said, urging the Assembly Members to replicate China’s success story in Ghana. The delegation expressed admiration for China’s achievements in poverty reduction, infrastructure development and urban planning, while also exploring potential partnerships with Chinese officials and business leaders.
