When it comes to fitness, Alaya F is in a league of her own. The young actress has carved a niche not just for her films and style but also for her adventurous workouts, showcasing her balance, strength and focus. One of her fitness videos from early 2025 has resurfaced online and is doing the rounds on social media, proving exactly why she is considered a fitness enthusiast.
The clip shows Alaya pulling off a playful gymnastics move. Barefoot, she performs a squat on a balance board that rests on a cylindrical roller. That’s not all, she added to the challenge by holding a metal bar overhead with weights suspended on both sides. Alaya completes the squat with ease despite the strength and dedication it requires.

Alaya F’s ’75 Hard’ Rule
During the HSBC podcast On Realign Season 3 in April, the actress shared the unique fitness mantra she swears by – the ’75 Hard’ rule. She said, “I’ve just restarted this thing called the 75 Hard. It involves two workouts a day: one indoor and one outdoor, with each lasting a minimum of 45 minutes. One of them has to be outdoors. I also drink 3.8 litres of water a day, read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book, and follow a strict no-cheat-meal policy. Oh, and no alcohol allowed.” Alaya also shared that her fitness rule includes a 10-minute meditation routine.
