In a latest interview, she shared details of that alleged incident that occurred in 2018. She went on to say that she managed to escape the situation by sheer luck. Ajmal Amir Sexual Allegations Issue: Actress Narvini Dery Accuses Actor Of Misbehaving With Her Speaking to the Tamil YouTube channel Trend Toxi, Narvini Dery revealed that Ajmal Amir misbehaved with her after calling her for an audition. The actress said she managed to escape the situation only “by sheer luck.” The actor revealed that she first saw Ajmal Amir in 2018 while on the ground floor of a mall in Chennai with an assistant director and was not really aware of his work. She claimed that he followed her to an upper floor of the mall, approached her and talked to her about an audition for a film that he was doing during at the time. "We shared each other's WhatsApp number. Then, he asked me to send my pictures to him and left. My friend told me, 'He is a known face. There is no chance for anything untoward to happen.'" Narvini then sent her pictures with Ajmal Amir over WhatsApp, a screenshot of which she showed during the interview. Later , she claimed that Ajmal arranged a meeting at a hotel between her and the 'team' behind the film, despite her informing him that she was flying to Denmark. According to Narvini, when she visited Ajmal' Amirs hotel, he asked her over to her room and when she went there, he informed her that his team left for coffee. "I felt something really wrong at that time. He offered me some food, but I felt fishy about it, thinking, 'What if he has added something in it' and I did not know whether he was a good man or a bad man." Narvini stated that her experience working as a psychiatry officer helped her handle the situation. "I have met so many crazy people in my life," she said before talking about how that he turned on some music and asked her to dance with him. "He told me, 'I am a very handsome man. Girls like me so much. Let just have some fun.'" Narvini also said that Ajmal tried to hug her after she told him that she didn't like him and made certain comments to him to affect him mentally. Then, she said that she got out of the room as the room boy rang the bell and Ajmal opened the locked door. "I just ran out. I lucked out and escaped from him. It would not be the case with everyone." Actor Ajmal Amir is facing sexual accusations, following the appearance of a recent video where he allegedly misbehaved with another woman. Ajmal tried to 'handle' the situation by appearing in video and claiming that it is an AI-generated and fabricated piece of news to tarnish his image.
