A new AI-powered job matching project launched in D.C. on Wednesday and was aimed to help the federal workforce, officials said.
The program, Launch Talent Capital, will give free AI job matching, training and reskilling to job seekers. It’s meant to help connect federally impacted workers with employers, according to D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser.

Launch Talent Capital connects with jobs in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. As part of the Growth Agenda, nine companies received $1.54 million, creating 250 jobs, and will attract more companies in technology, healthcare and business, according to Bowser.
