Charlie Kirk’s assassination has sparked several conspiracy theories – the latest coming from commentator Candace Owens

Political commentator Candace Owens has ignited a firestorm after she came up with a new theory in Charlie Kirk assassination case. Owens claimed she has sources confirming that Tyler Robinson has been framed and is not the person who shot dead Charlie Kirk, an ally of US President Donald Trump. Owens insisted that Tyler Robinson, the alleged shooter arrested in connection with Charlie Kirk’s shooting, is innocent, alleging the Trump administration fabricated the entire narrative. Candance Owens alleged that the official story is a “federal concoction,” raising questions about evidence, photos, and Discord messages. The 36-year-old on Friday claimed that the ‘federal government’ is ‘lying’ about the probe into the Turning Point USA founder’s shooting. Live EventsShe even said that some statements about suspect Tyler Robinson are ‘complete fiction’. Owens, however, did not back her claims with evidence. “I want to break this news immediately because it feels important and I think if I don’t break it immediately, something bad might happen,” Candace hinted at a major reveal coming on Monday, leaving her audience with a weekend cliffhanger.“Tyler Robinson is not suicidal. The entire narrative that was placed in the media about him having been suicidal is completely fictional, as are many other aspects of what we have been told… His father having “turned him in after a confession” is also complete fiction. Tyler Robinson was arrested after a 33-hour manhunt and has been charged with aggravated murder. Utah prosecutors have announced they will seek the death penalty. The FBI has not responded publicly to Owens’ claims. Kirk was shot during an event at Utah Valley University in Orem. My interactions with Charlie have been extremely cordial, though limited.
