NJPW confirmed the news in an official statement, revealing that Ishii dislocated his right shoulder during a match held on October 22 in San Antonio, Texas.Following that bout, reports emerged that Ishii sustained the injury during the match and required immediate medical attention. NJPW later clarified that Ishii will be ruled out of upcoming appearances, both in Japan and in AEW, until further notice. The Machine disclosed on Instagram that he will have to undergo another surgery to address complications from a previous operation on his right knee. In his emotional post, the powerhouse admitted that his recovery had been far more difficult than expected. The star expressed frustration and doubt about his situation, but emphasized that he remains determined to return stronger."There is an issue on the operation I had on my right knee..
