An employee with the Academy Independent School District in Bell County has been arrested on accusations of sharing harmful material with a minor. The arrest occurred on Monday in Killeen, and the individual in question is William “Will” Anthony Blackburn, Sr., a 47-year-old who reportedly was taken into custody without any incident.
