Abbotsford musician Kevin Boese releases new album

Abbotsford singer-songwriter Kevin Boese celebrates the release of his new album, All This, with a special concert on Saturday, Nov. 8. The event takes place from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Legacy Sports Centre (next to Rotary Stadium) at 32470 Haida Drive. Boese will perform tracks from his new album with a band that features drummer Jared Falk, bassist Steve Klassen and guitarist Brian Thiessen. There will also be a few cover tunes and Boese’s signature classic rock sing-along. Producer Philip Janz will also be on hand for mixing and backup vocals. The show will also feature special guest Brenda Janz, who will open the night and join Boese for a few songs. All This marks a new chapter for Boese, who describes the album as being filled with fun rock tunes, acoustic folk and messages of “love and grace that our world really needs these days.” Hot and cold drinks and snacks will be available for purchase at the venue. Tickets and more information are available at kevinboese.com. Boese is an Abbotsford-based singer/songwriter known for his blend of energetic acoustic-guitar-based folk and rock influenced by the bands he covers, including Dave Matthews Band, Rush and John Mayer.
