Arriving in the Hilton Conrad on Friday evening we were warmly greeted by Angela Erostarbe, Director of Sales All-Inclusive EMEA, HWS Europe. and Jenny Rafter, Aer Lingus Global Leisure Sales Manager. The music as we entered the room immediately created a Mexican vibe that put an instant smile on our faces and we soon forgot about the wet and dreary evening outside. There was an impressive display of cocktails and snacks on offer and a also a makeup artist to transform the Hilton representatives and agents to add some sparkle to the night. It was lovely to see agents gather and mingle for some solid networking and discovery through meeting representatives of the Hilton hotels on offer at the event. Wildcard Veronica Willams was representing the newly opened Zeni Miches Punta Cana All Inclusive Resort Curio Collection by Hilton in the Dominican Republic. The grand opening was June30th 2025, and we wish them every success with their new property. It was great to see such passion from each member of the Hilton the group as they spoke about the hotels they represented reinforcing to the agents every reason why they should visit Cancun. Paul Fitsimons, Director of Sales at the Conrad Hilton Dublin and his team looked after us exceptionally well in the newly refurbished terrace bar that is available for private hire and decorated with art from celebrated Irish artist Ciara O’Brien . The team in the kitchen delighted us not only with exquisite Mexican cuisine but also with enthusiastic dance displays behind the counter adding to the fun atmosphere on the night.
