If you’re looking to get in on the music streaming game or simply want to try out another of the best music streaming services, then Apple has a deal for you. It’s offering three months free access to Apple Music, and that’s without asking you buy some kind of Apple product first.
The promotion is celebrating the release of the new Genshin Impact album, Shimmering Voyage Vol. 5, which is now available on Apple Music and Apple Music Classical.
Apple Music Classical is included in the standard Apple Music subscription, albeit as a standalone app, and features multi-language commentary from the game’s original voice actors. You do need to download a separate app, though, which should be worth it if you’re a big fan of orchestral tunes.
Apple Music also gives you access to 100 million songs in CD and hi-res quality, offers spatial audio for compatible headphones (like AirPods Pro 3), and offers curated content made just for you. Apple Music Classical has over 5 million tracks and is easily one of the best search tools of any classical music platform.

But what if you’ve already subscribed to Apple Music in the past? Apple’s offering you fine people two months free access to its music catalog to try and draw you back in. Just as long as your subscription has already expired, because there are no special freebies for those of you who are still actively paying for Apple Music.
This offer is available until October 31, though. So if your Apple Music subscription is set to expire between now and then, you’ve just got a fast track to those two free extra months of listening.
You can redeem your free months by either heading to the offer page on Apple’s website or by opening the Apple Music app on your phone. And make sure you have a payment method attached to your Apple account; otherwise, you won’t be able to sign up.
That’s right, after the trial period is over, the Apple Music subscription will automatically renew and charge you $11 a month for the privilege. If you don’t want to pay that, be sure to cancel the subscription before Apple tries to take any money from your credit card.
