NFL 2025: US Streaming Guide

Hope lives and dies at Hard Rock Stadium in the first leg of tonight’s MNF double-header in the NFL 2025. Both the Jets and Dolphins are winless so far, but 35 teams have made the playoffs after starting 1-3. The last to do so after a 0-4 start? The 1992 San Diego Chargers.
Here’s how to watch Jets vs Dolphins online from anywhere with a VPN.

Jets vs Dolphins live stream date, time and channels

The Jets vs Dolphins live stream takes place on Monday, September 29.
â–º Time: 7:15 p.m. ET / 4:15 p.m. PT / 12:15 a.m. BST (Tue.) / 9:15 a.m. AEST (Tue.)
• U.S. — ESPN Unlimited / ESPN via Sling
• U.K. — NFL Game Pass
• Watch anywhere — try NordVPN 100% risk free

The Dolphins regressed last season and all signs suggest they’ve done so again, whereas the Jets harbor genuine optimism for the campaign. Justin Fields, who’s cleared the concussion protocol, spearheads an exciting running attack — both teams, incidentally, ranked in the top 10 for rushing yards per game entering Week 4 — and two of their defeats came off last-gasp field goals.
The lingering fear for Miami fans is that tonight’s game will illustrate just how far the Dolphins have fallen. In the air or on the ground, both defenses have been lousy, but the Dolphins’ shortcomings have been exacerbated by a cornerback crisis, which Jets receiver Garrett Wilson should be primed to capitalize on. Storm Duck and Jason Marshall Jr. are out, while Ethan Bonner is questionable with a hamstring issue,
The Phins have, however, beaten the Jets in nine straight home meetings, with Tua Tagovailoa averaging 277.5 passing yards in his last two encounters with them, and their punchy display against the Bills last week saved Mike McDaniel’s skin. Whether deployed as a back or as a receiver, De’Von Achane has been superb, which has perhaps only served to compound Tyreek Hill’s frustrations.
Read on to find out how you can watch the Jets vs Dolphins live in the NFL, no matter where you are in the world.

What is the cheapest way to watch Jets vs Dolphins?
The Jets vs Dolphins game is on ESPN Unlimited in the US, which can be bundled with Disney Plus and Hulu for just $29.99/month, but an even better-value option is Canadian NFL Game Pass, which shows every single game for just CA$24.99/month.
In Australia it’s on Kayo, which offers new customers a 7-day FREE trial or their first month for AU$1.
