American Pickers star Mike Wolfe’s girlfriend has reportedly been hospitalized after a car crash.
Wolfe, 61, shared via an Instagram Story on Saturday, September 13, that he and Leticia Cline “were involved in a car accident last evening” in Columbia, Tennessee,” per the New York Post.
He went on to upload an image of a damaged blue car after the incident, with the hood of the vehicle dented and the windshield shattered.
“By the grace of God, we’re both safe and OK,” Wolfe shared. “We are both receiving excellent care and while Leticia is still in the hospital, she is expected to make a full recovery.”
Wolfe concluded, “Thank you for respecting our privacy at this time and we appreciate all of your love & prayers. God bless.”
He later updated fans, sharing that it had been a “rough” night, but said “there’s light at the end of the tunnel.”
“I truly believe in the power of group prayers. Thank you to all of you that have sent them to us,” he said.
Cline, 46, went on to share Wolfe’s post via her own social media account, while uploading more photos of the car after the incident. In one photo, Wolfe lay next to Cline as she recovered in a hospital bed and sported a neck brace.
“Hopefully I get surgery tomorrow,” she wrote on Saturday. “Broken jaw (in a few places), broken ribs, sternum, collapsed lung and a lot of swelling on my spine. My mouth will be wired shut but I still got my brain and that’s all that matters.”
Cline and Wolfe went public with their relationship four years ago, The U.S. Sun reported in March. When the pair attended the premiere of their film, Day of Reckoning, Cline and Wolfe shared that they were not thinking about taking the next step in their relationship.
“I’ve been divorced [from ex-wife Jodi Faeth] what, three years now?” Wolfe told the outlet in March. “I’m spending a lot of time with my daughter. She’s 13. But Leticia and I are doing some work with Harley-Davidson, and we shot a commercial for them in Port Angeles, Washington. And we’ve been doing some tourism stuff in different parts of the country. So no, we’re just enjoying traveling together.”
Cline echoed his sentiment, adding, “No, no engagements. We’re enjoying our lives. We get to travel and we both are very busy people, so it works well for us. We got a thing with Harley Davidson that we’re doing later this year.”
