A mother and child have been found dead inside a property in Brisbane’s west.
Police are investigating after the bodies were discovered following a welfare check at a home on Tinarra Cresent in Kenmore Hills about 12.45pm yesterday.
A 54-year-old woman from Norman Park and an eight-year-old girl were found at the scene.

A crime scene has been established, with police seen investigating the luxury property yesterday evening.
“Investigations are under way,” a Queensland Police spokesperson said.
“Police believe there is no ongoing threat to the public.”
The sprawling property is believed to be a multimillion-dollar home which can be rented out on Airbnb.
Vision of the home obtained by 9News shows the home is situated on a large estate with a pool at the back.
Police have asked anyone with information or relevant footage to come forward.
