Jon Gosselin and his fiancée, Stephanie Lebo, are getting closer to making it official.
Lebo, 37, celebrated her bridal shower in a look that balanced modern chic with accessible style, revealing on Sunday, September 28, that she opted for a white $52 mini dress with large detachable bow from Amazon for the special event.
“My heels are Betsy Johnson ‘something blue’ kitten heel, and I did my own makeup and hair,” Lebo revealed about her outfit via Instagram alongside photos showcasing a balloon arch courtesy of Balloon Bliss Designs that featured the message “Miss to Mrs. Gosselin.”
Lebo opted for soft waves when it came to her hairstyle, also donning a smokey eye, dark liner and voluminous lashes as well as a nude pout with a dusty rose-hued lip liner ahead of their nuptials set for November.
“It was everything and more than I hoped for!” she gushed about the occasion. “To everyone who helped make my bachelorette and my bridal shower so special, thank you! And a major thank you to the many new gifts for our home and all the cards! It was overwhelming with love! We are still opening things! Thank you cards coming soon! Up next … IS WEDDING DAY!!”
Gosselin, who was seen in a previous photo shared by the bride-to-be on Saturday, September 27, was dressed casually in a T-shirt, blue shorts and backwards baseball cap while stopping by the soiree. After seeing comments about his ensemble, Lebo shut down style critics while clearing the air.
“For those saying things about how Jon is dressed: 1. Be polite!! 2. He was only there in the end to help get my daughter to work on time and to help clean up the venue and lift a ton of things!! 3. Why does it matter what he is wearing??” she fired back to naysayers.
The couple announced their engagement in November 2024 after three years of dating.
Gosselin, 48, popped the question to Lebo with a dazzling square-cut diamond sparkler. He got down on one knee in front of both of their parents at her favorite restaurant, Willoughby’s on Park in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Stephanie’s father was overjoyed and reportedly whispered in her ear, “You don’t know how long I waited for this day for you, and there was a time where I thought it was never going to happen for you. I’m so very happy for you and Jon.”
He sweetly added, “My best advice is never stop being in love. Love comes first.”
The lovebirds first crossed paths at a backyard BBQ in late August 2021 after his split from Colleen Conrad and were in a relationship just weeks later, although Lebo and Gosselin decided to keep their romance out of the spotlight until they were ready to go public in August 2023.
Jon was previously married to Kate Gosselin, with whom he shares eight children: twins Mady and Cara, 24, as well as 21-year-old sextuplets Collin, Hannah, Aaden, Joel, Alexis and Leah.
