No Progress on Bloodborne Remake, It’s Claimed

A new claim states that there has been no progress towards a Bloodborne Remake in recent times.

A remake of Bloodborne is something that fans have been yearning for since the PlayStation 5’s release. The title was released for the PlayStation 4 in 2015 and has been locked to the platform since then. Unfortunately, according to the latest developments, it appears that a remake or remaster of Bloodborne will not be arriving anytime soon.

Bloodborne Remake Might Never Arrive After All

Reliable insider, Jeff Grubb, recently spoke about the Bloodborne Remake during an episode of the Game Mess podcast. Grubb stated that he checked in on the game “relatively recently” and has been continuing to hear that “nothing is happening with Bloodborne, so don’t expect that.” This news must’ve definitely poured water on players’ dreams that were expecting a Bloodborne Remake or a Bloodborne PC announcement in the near future.

Blooborne is a game that players will see mentioned anytime there is a State of Play showcase, with everyone always expecting some announcement. When FromSoftware revealed The Duskbloods for Nintendo Switch 2, many players thought it was the sequel to FromSoftware’s hit title from 2015, thanks to the aesthetic, the vibe, and the enemies. However, that wasn’t the case after all. Additionally, it all depends on Sony, as they own the Bloodborne IP.

In other news, Sony sent a DMCA to the modder who created a 60 FPS patch for Bloodborne. Additionally, an unseen video has revealed how different the game nearly was.
