AHJ Miller Appoints Marlon Williams In Bermuda
AHJ Miller has appointed Marlon Williams as a Senior Broker in its Bermuda office, bringing more than 20 years of reinsurance and catastrophe risk experience to the firm.
A spokesperson said, “AHJ Miller, the reinsurance division of Miller, the leading independent specialist [re]insurance broker, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marlon Williams as a Senior Broker in its Bermuda office.
“With over 20 years of experience spanning insurance, reinsurance, catastrophe modelling, and international property catastrophe underwriting, Marlon brings a wealth of expertise to the firm. Before joining AHJ Miller, he spent five years at Hiscox Re & ILS as a Senior Underwriter, where he led international property catastrophe underwriting and developed deep expertise in retrocession. This followed 15 years in the catastrophe practice at Markel Bermuda.
“Marlon entered his new role in September 2025 and reports directly to Charlie Simpson, Head of Miller Bermuda. He will focus on the placement of reinsurance and retrocessional business into the Bermuda market, with responsibility for new business generation and strengthening AHJ Miller’s Property Cat capabilities as the broker expands its reinsurance offering on the island.”
