BHIVE plans to expand its portfolio by 1.5 million square feet in the upcoming year

BHIVE Workspace, a coworking and managed office spaces firm, has expanded its footprint in Bengaluru’s Central Business District with a 40,000-square-foot office space.BHIVE Platinum is leased from Century Real Estate and is the sixth coworking and managed workspace in Indiranagar, offering 1,052 seats.Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and CEO of BHIVE Group, said, “This is one of the most sought-after destinations in Bengaluru, with very limited supply and a high concentration of key business leaders living and working around the area. This rapid expansion is in line with the company’s strategy to meet the growing need for hybrid and adaptable workspaces. By the end of FY26, BHIVE Workspace plans to double its existing footprint to 3 million square feet.Live EventsBHIVE Workspace registered a revenue of over ₹250 crore in FY 2024-25. Building on this momentum, the company is targeting 20% growth this fiscal year as a run-up to its pre-IPO plans.
