A former community centre and its adjacent land is up for sale.
The redevelopment opportunity is located at Banff’s Bridge Street.
Offers over £125,000 are being sought for the building – including the old tennis courts – which was replaced by the Deveron Community and Sports Centre in 2017.
Built in 1914, the property is a two-storey building with an entrance wing from Bridge Street and is in need of extensive refurbishment works.
While the property is not listed, it is situated within the Banff Conservation Area.
There is a private car park and forecourt at the front, and free car parking is available a short walk away, with the adjacent land lying immediately to the east.
