The Bermuda Premier Division saw a weekend of football action, with Dandy Town, X’Roads, and PHC claiming victories.

Dandy Town Hornets 2, Young Men Social Club 1

At the Devonshire Recreation Club, the Dandy Town Hornets secured a 2-1 victory over Young Men Social Club. David Jones Jr. was the key player for the Hornets, scoring just before halftime and again in the 64th minute. Young Men Social Club’s Zeiko Lewis responded with a goal in the 75th minute, but the Hornets held on to secure the three points.

X-Road’s 2, Paget Lions 1

X-Road’s earned a 2-1 victory against the Paget Lions at the Southampton Oval. Shakir Smith put the Paget Lions ahead in the 13th minute. The score remained 1-0 until Samuel McKittrick leveled for X-Road’s in the 69th minute. In stoppage time, the Paget Lions missed a penalty, and a subsequent rebound goal was disallowed for offside. X-Road’s then launched a counter-attack, with Donovan Thompson scoring the winning goal from inside the box.

PHC Zebras 1, St. George’s Colts 0

The PHC Zebras defeated the St. George’s Colts 1-0 at the PHC Stadium. The match remained scoreless until the 57th minute when Enrique Russell scored the only goal of the game, securing all three points for the Zebras.
