    Saints, GBTI GCC, ‘S’ Team record divisional wins

    Saints, GBTI GCC, and Saints ‘S’ Team registered contrasting wins when the Guyana Hockey Board (GHB) Indoor Championships continued last night at the National Gymnasium on Mandela Avenue.

    Saints dismantled GCC ‘Spare Parts’ 7-3 in the Men’s Open category. Jonathan Liverpool recorded a helmet trick in the 12th, 13th, 20th, and 34th minutes. Adding goals were Shakeem Fausette, Keeland Cummings, and Leroy Geer in the fifth, 15th, and 35th minutes, respectively.

    On the other side, Lucas Sergeant bagged a double in the 30th and 37th minutes, while Vladimir Woodroffe scored in the 35th.
