KLF holds special Sharadiya edition

Bhubaneswar: The Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF), among India’s premier literary and cultural events, hosted its special Sharadiya edition Saturday here at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.

The evening showcased eminent voices from literature and music, celebrating creativity and fostering cultural dialogue.

The programme featured the distinguished presence of eminent literary figure Devdas Chhotray and renowned music maestro Ramahari Das as special guests.

The event commenced with a welcome address by Ashok Kumar Bal, Patron and Chief Executive Officer of Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF).

This was followed by an inspiring address from KLF founder Rashmi Ranjan Parida, Padma Vibhushan Sudarshan Sahoo, who highlighted KLF’s continued contribution to the promotion of literature, art, and culture in Odisha and beyond.

The evening witnessed engaging interactions, including a conversation between Professor Yatin Nayak and Devdas Chhotray, as well as a dialogue between noted presenter Vijay Malla and music maestro Ramahari Das, both of which offered deep insights into the worlds of literature and music.

The literary session featured a story reading by Suman Das and poetry recitations by Saroj Bala, Ajay Swain, and Badal Mohanty, captivating the audience with their creative expressions.
