However recently shocking news of an accident involving a Punjabi singer has left the fans and industry stunned. Well-known Punjabi singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda is reported to be in a critical condition after meeting with an accident in Himachal Pradesh. As soon as this news came people from all over the industry and fans started sharing messages and prayers in support.
The accident and hospitalisation
As per reports Rajvir Jawanda was riding his motorcycle on Saturday while on his way to Shimla when he met with an accident. He was immediately rushed to Fortis Hospital in Mohali Punjab where police informed that his condition was “critical.” Some reports also said that he suffered a heart attack while being taken to the hospital though other reports were not verified.

Besides fans Punjabi music stars also came in support for the singer. Kulwinder Billa and Kanwar Grewal personally visited the hospital to check on his health. Music artist Kamal Grewal penned an emotional message: “Waheguru chardi kala rakhey bhut wadia insaan hai Rajveer.”
Rajvir Jawanda’s journey in music
Speaking of Rajvirs journey he was born in Punjab in 1992. Although he always had a passion for music he started his career in the police service. He made his debut in 2014 with the single “Munda Like Me” which marked the beginning of his rise in the Punjabi industry. Over the years he delivered numerous hits including “Sardaari” “Mera Dil” “Rabb Karke” and “Zor.”
