Garden Communities has secured two new retail tenants for its luxury mixed-use development in East Brunswick.
The latest additions to the Legacy Place development include Legacy Endodontics, a newly established dental practice, and Marley and Harley’s Creamery and Confections, an ice cream and candy shop founded by two East Brunswick residents, according to a statement.
The new businesses will join the 520 luxury rental apartments and townhomes on the 25-acre site.
One Legacy Place also recently welcomed Italian restaurant Bonesse’s Tomato Apizza, H2O Nail & Wax Studio, and math and reading enrichment program Kumon.
The development’s sister building, Two Legacy Place, remains under construction, with an additional 9,000 square feet of retail space planned.
Legacy Place operates as a town-center-style community, with more than 90 percent of its residences currently leased and occupied.
Additional residential enclaves, including 2.5-story townhomes, are under development.
Construction for Two Legacy Place is on schedule for an opening later this year.
The community features a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, an entertainment lounge and coffee bar, plus a heated swimming pool and EV charging stations.
