The UFC superstar turned part-owner bought into the promotion through McGregor Sports and Entertainment last year, and ever since, he’s been front and center—attending events, moderating faceoffs, delivering hype speeches, and even helping announce major signings like UFC veterans Yoel Romero and Thiago Santos.
At BKFC 81, headlined by James DeGale vs. Matt Floyd at the AO Arena in Manchester, England, McGregor’s presence was matched by chaos inside the ring. First up, Bartlomiej Krol and Jon Telfer went to war as McGregor entered the venue, with Telfer unleashing heavy right hands that repeatedly sent Krol crashing to the canvas. After somehow surviving the early storm, Krol’s resilience gave way in the third round, where Telfer sealed the deal with a brutal knockout.
The action didn’t stop there. Dec Spelman and Dawid Chylinski squared off next, and it was as wild as it gets. Chylinski shockingly tossed Spelman to the ground early—an unnecessary move that only fueled the fire. Spelman answered with a sharp right that floored Chylinski, then rushed in with another to put him down again. Though Chylinski staggered to the end of the first round, the second was all Spelman. He poured on relentless body shots, dropping Chylinski for the third and final time to claim a second-round KO victory.
