Tally Solutions has partnered with Chennai-headquartered Indian Bank to enable e-payment capabilities over the bank’s IND Cash Optima for businesses using TallyPrime.

The integration will allow Indian Bank customers to initiate and manage payments directly from TallyPrime. Users can directly import the payment references like UTR number, from IND Cash Optima back into TallyPrime. This automatically updates the transaction status within the system, including payment details and instrument numbers, thereby making reconciliation error-free.

According to a company release, this collaboration is expected to create significant value for SMEs and MSMEs, with digital financial operations by tightly integrating accounting and banking functions into one cohesive platform.
