Veranda Learning Solutions approves disinvestment of vocational segment subsidiaries

Chennai-based Veranda Learning Solutions has approved the divestment of its entire vocational segment comprising Brain4ce Education Solutions (Edureka), Veranda Management Learning Solutions (Veranda Higher Ed) and Six Phrase to US-based SNVA EduTech Limited (SNVA), a global education and skilling enterprise.

SNVA will issue shares to Veranda and its subsidiary, giving them a joint 50 per cent stake in SNVA Edutech Ltd.

Founded in 2009, SNVA EduTech is a global education and skilling enterprise with a presence in the USA, Europe and Asia. Through its brands Careerera and Euro American Education, it offers degree programs and professional certifications in fields such as business, technology, data science, cybersecurity and AI among others. SNVA EduTech has trained over 15 lakh learners worldwide.

“This move is a big leap under the Veranda 2.0 strategy, aimed at sharpening business focus, accelerating growth and delivering long-term shareholder value. The partnership creates a global education platform that integrates skilling, vocational and higher education across India, the US, UK, France, Italy, Malta, Switzerland and Singapore,” Veranda Learning Solutions said in a media release.

The company added that the combined entity is expected to deliver revenue over ₹250 crore in FY26 and grow steadily at a CAGR of 25 per cent over the next 4 to 5 years. The entity will look to a public listing at an appropriate time in near future to unlock value for all stakeholders, it added.

“This partnership with SNVA combines Veranda’s strong domestic brands and university partnerships with SNVA’s global university network and enterprise reach. Together, we are building a platform that offers seamless learner pathways and accelerates growth opportunities worldwide,” Suresh Kalpathi, Executive Director and Chairman, Veranda Learning Solutions.

“We are delighted to partner with Veranda in building a truly global education ecosystem. Our established presence across 60 countries through our learners and universities in the US and Europe, combined with Veranda’s strong domestic brands, will create seamless global learning pathways for students. Together, we aim to scale faster, innovate continuously and deliver lasting value to learners and stakeholders,” said Vivek K Singh, Founder and Managing Director, SNVA EduTech.
