While it may feel like Prime Day 2025 just ended (it hasn’t even been three months since the last marathon sales event came to a close), here comes another string of deal days: Amazon’s Prime Big Deals Days will be live October 7-8, and this time around the goal is to jump-start your holiday shopping. Is it too early to start buying for December when you’re still prepping for Halloween? Probably yes. But is that any reason to let a great deal fall by the wayside? Definitely not.

As the mom of a 4-year-old, I’m currently deep in the world of Melissa & Doug toys, and both my daughter and I are particularly fond of their pretend food.
