Boston calling
Shannon Airport is offering even more flights from the Mid-West with the announcement of the expanded Aer Lingus schedule for its Shannon to Boston service in summer 2026.
Operating three additional flights per week from mid-May to August 20, the increased service boosts the number of summer 2026 seats to North America from Shannon Airport to over 350,000.
This year Shannon passengers had a choice of five daily US flights across the summer season, including year-round services by Aer Lingus to Boston and New York-JFK, United Airlines to New York-Newark and Chicago, and Delta to New York-JFK.
It is worth remembering that Aer Lingus also operates flights from Shannon to London Heathrow, and Paris Charles de Gaulle.
