Just days after a fake doctor was arrested from Silchar Medical College and Hospital, Cachar police have intensified their efforts against unqualified medical practitioners by arresting two more fake dentists who had been operating clinics for the past ten years in the Tarapur area of Silchar. The latest arrests followed complaints from Red Cross Hospital and SMCH, which raised alarms over the increasing number of unqualified individuals posing as medical professionals and endangering public health.
