SSC Introduces Feedback Module for Candidates in CGLE 2025

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Thursday, has introduced a new Feedback Module on its official website. This module will allow candidates of the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025 to share their inputs and concerns directly with the Commission. Officials said that appropriate action is being taken based on the suggestions received, in a move aimed at enhancing transparency and improving the examination experience. The CGLE 2025 began on September 12 and will continue till September 26, with more than 28 lakh aspirants expected to appear. The exam is being held in three shifts daily across 227 venues in 129 cities. So far, 5,26,194 candidates have successfully taken their tests without any major technical issues. “The examination process is proceeding smoothly at most centres, and candidates have been able to take their tests without hindrance,” an SSC official stated. While a few centres reported minor technical disruptions, SSC has taken measures to address them. The Commission has also rescheduled the examination dates for around 1,100 candidates who sought relief due to clashes with other competitive exams or for other valid reasons. In line with its focus on maintaining fairness, SSC has uploaded notices on September 10 and September 17 highlighting instances of malpractice. Officials said these steps underline the Commission’s commitment to transparency and integrity in the conduct of one of India’s largest recruitment examinations. The Combined Graduate Level Examination is regarded as one of the most competitive in the country, offering lakhs of aspirants opportunities in Group B and C posts across government departments. With the addition of the new feedback facility and responsive measures, SSC’s latest initiatives are being seen as attempts to strengthen accountability and make the large-scale recruitment process more candidate-friendly.
