The relaunch drew an enthusiastic crowd of over 100 attendees, including the Mayor of Stourport on Severn, the Deputy Mayor of Worcester, local business leaders, influencers, loyal customers, and community supporters. The moment was made official when the Mayor of Stourport ceremonially cut the ribbon, introducing the bold new chapter for Spice Fusion.
Guests were treated to traditional Indian dance performances, a talented DJ, and delicious tasters from the new menu. This experience included an open buffet and curated delights courtesy of Cobra Beer.
Co-owner of Spice Fusion Ahad Miah reflected on the night, saying: “This is a truly exciting time for Spice Fusion. The newly unveiled menu at Spice Fusion presents an innovative fusion of South Asian traditions and international influences, all while honouring the rich Asian culinary heritage of Birmingham. With the addition of seasonal ingredients and contemporary flair, the dishes promise to elevate the classic Indian dining experience.
