'You don't have to go to Birmingham, come to Pensnett instead' - Popular bistro and boutique store completes move across Dudley

ELP Bistro had built up a strong consumer base at their previous home in Kingswinford, but moved two miles east to Pensnett on Sunday, September 14.

The business was founded in memory of Elaine Louise Purchase (ELP), who served as Superintendent Physiotherapist at the Dudley Group of Hospitals and dedicated her life to caring for others,.

ELP Bistro chief Susie Edwards says the brand “continues that legacy” by creating a welcoming space that nurtures both body and spirit.

“Our mission is to bring people together through high-quality food and excellent service in a warm and inclusive environment,” she said. “We are committed to supporting the local community, celebrating connections, and offering an experience that is both memorable and meaningful.
