Geely’s Lynk & Co launches refreshed 07 EM-P with LiDAR, starting from 19,400 USD

Lynk & Co, the brand under Geely, officially launched the updated Lynk & Co 07 EM-P mid-size sedan. The refreshed model, available in three variants, is offered at a special introductory price ranging from 139,800 to 159,800 yuan (19,400 to 22,200 USD) for a limited time. As a facelifted version, the new 07 EM-P features subtle exterior design adjustments, the addition of LiDAR for enhanced advanced driver-assistance systems, and introduces two new colour options: Liguang Purple and Aurora Silver.

The new Lynk & Co 07 EM-P continues to embody the “The Next Day” urban aesthetic design philosophy. It retains the split-headlight design and a three-section air intake. A notable upgrade is the standard inclusion of LiDAR technology, complemented by a “Smart Driving Blue Light” indicator. In terms of dimensions, the new model measures 4835mm in length, 1900mm in width, and 1480mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2843mm.

From the side, the vehicle features a floating roof design and hidden door handles. The rear boasts a through-type taillight cluster and a subtly upturned “ducktail” spoiler.

Inside, the cabin is integrated with brushed metal finishes, premium leather, and other diverse materials. The showcased model features the new “Shadow Red” interior colour. For infotainment, the vehicle is equipped with the Lynk Flyme Auto 2.0 system, powered by an 8295 chip.

Under the hood, the new 07 EM-P is powered by a plug-in hybrid system combining a 1.5T engine and an electric motor. The engine delivers a maximum output of 120 kilowatts. The system’s comprehensive power output, referencing the current model, is 381 horsepower, paired with a 3-speed DHT transmission. Other specifications, also referencing the current model, include an 18.99kWh battery capacity, offering a CLTC pure electric range of 126km. Fast charging from 30% to 80% can be achieved in 27 minutes.
