Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos is on bail in Western Australia while he waits to stand trial over allegations he raped, choked and assaulted a woman in Perth while he was touring Australia last year.
Mr Barrientos was extradited from Brisbane to Perth by detectives while he was touring Australia, 11 days after the alleged assault occurred inside a Perth hotel room.
He has pleaded not guilty to rape, choking and assault charges earlier this year, but still has to enter pleas for two more rape charges.
The YouTube star is due to stand trial in the Perth District Court in July next year.
He was in court on Friday to have his bail conditions amended so he could travel back to England.
Judge Gary Massey approved the rapper’s request which will mean the YouTube star can depart Perth on Tuesday, spend Christmas in the UK and return to Western Australia on January 7 next year.
He has been ordered to handover his passport the next day.
When Mr Barrientos left the District Court building a man approached the rapper and stuck up both middle fingers at him.
The rapper quickly fled the scene and hopped into a black Mercedes van waiting for him on Hay St.
Judge Massey approved the application along with 18 bail conditions that Mr Barrientos must meet to avoid him skipping the trial next year.
A $100,000 surety was provided to the court along with a $100,000 personal undertaking that had already been made.
Yung Filly is required to reside at an address in Kent while he is in the UK and must have location services switched on his electronic devices at all times.
He is also refrained from commenting about his charges on social media.
