Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday (September 25, 2025) inaugurated the TTDs Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) at the hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara, ushering in a new era of technology-driven pilgrim management.
Equipped with Artificial Intelligence, machine learning and quantum-ready analytics, the state-of-the-art facility will monitor real-time crowd movement using a network of more than 6,000 CCTV cameras. The system enables 3D mapping and red-spot identification to predict congestion and guide crowd control from Alipiri to the Tirumala temple complex. It will also provide instant advisories to ensure smooth darshan for devotees.
He directed TTD authorities to telecast videos showcasing the grandeur of Lord Venkateswara inside queue lines to engage waiting pilgrims. He also called for linking all TTD-managed temples across the state to the ICCC for integrated monitoring and seamless coordination.
The officials said the ICCC besides serving as the technological nerve centre of Tirumala, will also ensure a safer, faster and more spiritually fulfilling experience for multitude of pilgrims thronging the sacred shrine.
