AD FEATURE: Discover your potential as Grŵp Llandrillo Menai hosts November open events

From vocational and A Level programmes to degree courses, apprenticeships and professional qualifications, as well as part-time courses, there is a route for every ambition with Grŵp Llandrillo Menai.

Open events are being held across its campuses during November 2025 to discover how it could help you reach your potential.

Coleg Llandrillo, Coleg Menai, and Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor offer a wide range of opportunities. The Glynllifon campus also offers a wide range of land-based training opportunities

Open events are the perfect opportunity to explore the Grŵp’s campuses, see the outstanding facilities, and meet the tutors.

You can also ask any questions, learn what it’s like to study at college and get advice about securing your place for September 2026.

Learners and parents are welcome at this month’s events, which are as follows:

Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor

Tuesday 11 November 2025: Dolgellau campus, 5-7pm Monday 17 November 2025: Pwllheli campus, 5-7pm

Coleg Llandrillo

Monday 17 November 2025: Rhos-on-Sea campus, 5.30-7pm Tuesday 18 November 2025: Rhyl campus, 5.30-7pm

Coleg Menai

Tuesday 18 November 2025: Bangor campus, 4.30-6.30pm Tuesday 18 November 2025: Parc Menai (Art & Design), 4.30-6.30pm Wednesday 19 November 2025: Llangefni campus, 4.30-6.30pm

Glynllifon campus

Saturday 22 November 2025: Glynllifon campus, 9am-1pm

Paul Flanagan, Principal of Coleg Llandrillo, said: “Grŵp Llandrillo Menai offers one of the widest choice of full-time and part-time further education courses, apprenticeships and degree and university-level courses in North Wales. We have new courses starting from January 2026.

“At our open events, you will learn more about all our courses, developed in partnership with employers, to equip you with the skills and knowledge employers require in the modern workplace.”

“Our Learner Services teams will also be on hand to provide information about the support available to you as a college student, including financial and welfare support, transport, and counselling.”

Dr Siôn Peters-Flynn, Principal of Coleg Menai and Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor, said: “The open events across our campuses are a great opportunity for you to see our excellent facilities, meet the staff, and learn more about the wide range of courses on offer.

“September 2026 may feel far away, but knowing your options and having a plan for your future is important. We are sure we have something to offer everyone, so do come to see us.”
