Jason Fisam, a young cowboy from the Nadzab area in Morobe, is at the Lae Showground, preparing to take part in the 62nd Morobe Show.

Mr Fisam is representing the Department of Agriculture and Livestock (DAL) team, and has been taking part in previous shows since 2019, showcasing his horse at the event. He said the show is always an exciting time to display local talent and culture.

He said he is looking forward to fully participating in the upcoming events as of tomorrow

Cowboys from around different parts of Morobe will take part, showcasing their skills in horse riding, handling and country-style competitions.

The two-day event is expected to kick off on Saturday, 13, and end on Sunday, 14, 2025.
