Property tokenization platform EstateX has announced its appointment as the official tokenization partner of the Free Republic of Liberland. Under the agreement, EstateX will tokenize the entire Liberland economy, covering real estate, stocks, bonds, schools, infrastructure, and additional asset classes.
Officially proclaimed on April 13, 2015 by Vít Jedlička, Liberland is a sovereign microstate located on the west bank of the Danube River between Croatia and Serbia. Crypto mogul Justin Sun serves as its current Prime Minister, having been voted into office by the republic’s community.
The territory, 3 times the size of Monaco, remained unclaimed following the breakup of Yugoslavia and was recognized as terra nullius until the establishment of Liberland. Today, the state is positioning itself as a hub for innovation, freedom, and blockchain adoption.
Through its partnership with EstateX, Liberland will build the first fully tokenized national economy where assets of all classes are fractionalized, traded, and accessible globally.
