The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ho Central, Hon. Stephen Adom, has assured the people of his municipality that significant strides are being made to improve sanitation. According to him, the sanitation situation was a major challenge when he took office, but the assembly is now on course to make substantial improvements.
Speaking to the media after a meeting with the Parliamentary Committee on Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs, Hon. Adom revealed that only one zone in the municipality remains to be addressed.
He assured the people of Ho Central that his administration is committed to ensuring the entire municipality is clean and well-maintained.
The MCE highlighted the government’s and assembly’s readiness to serve the people, citing ongoing efforts to improve roads, sanitation, security, and other social amenities.
He expressed optimism about the constituency’s progress since the NDC took over, noting that challenges related to internal generated fund collection would soon be resolved.
Hon. Adom’s assurances have brought hope to the residents of Ho Central, who are eager to see tangible improvements in their municipality.
With the assembly’s commitment to addressing sanitation issues and other development projects, the people of Ho Central can expect a brighter future.
