NORMAN — Emma Reynolds, a four-star infield prospect and the No. 1 recruit in the state of Arizona for the class of 2027, announced her commitment to Oklahoma on Tuesday.
Reynolds attends Queen Creek High School, where she batted .519 with 14 doubles, eight home runs and 33 runs batted in as a sophomore, per MaxPreps.
Reynolds was also among the top 15 players in her state in runs scored (52) last season. Her Queen Creek team was ranked third best in the state across all classes by MaxPreps.
Reynolds is the fourth class of 2027 commit for the Sooners and head coach Patty Gasso. OU picked up pledges from the top two catchers in the 2027 class, Goose Hutchens and Riley Hilliard earlier in the month.
Then, No. 1 outfielder Finlee Williams committed to OU earlier Tuesday, boosting the Sooners’ 2027 haul to No. 1 overall in the Softball America team recruiting rankings.
