    Dennis Schroder would join elite company if he makes the Hall of Fame

    Schroder has done something that not many players have accomplished.

    He has won MVP honors at EuroBasket and the FIBA World Cup. The only six other players to accomplish that feat are in the Hall of Fame.

    Those players include: Sergei Belov, Drazen Dalipagic, Drazen Petrovic, Toni Kukoc, Dirk Nowitzki and Pau Gasol.

    It’s important to remember that the Naismith Hall of Fame is not just an NBA entity. It includes four different screening committees: North American, Women’s, International and Veterans.

    Therefore, Schroder’s international resume will likely be enough for him to be named to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
