Turn Coaching Calls Into Viral Content: The AI Automation Strategy

Turn coaching calls into viral content: the AI automation strategy

Most coaches know there’s content gold in their call transcripts, but the process of getting it seems overwhelming. They start by taking notes during sessions, but get too caught up in the conversation. They promise to review recordings later, but client work takes priority. They keep starting from scratch with each social post, running themselves into the ground.

I founded my first business, a social media agency, at age 22 and sold it ten years later. I launched Coachvox in 2023 to create AI versions of coaches and consultants. I’ve seen countless experts struggle to create content that matches the quality of their live sessions. They’re making it hard for themselves.

Smart coaches build systems that do the heavy lifting. Here’s how to extract your best coaching moments and turn them into weeks of high-impact social posts, all through a simple automation you can set up in a day.

Create viral content from your coaching calls in a few steps

Capture the gold consistently

First, ensure every coaching call gets recorded and transcribed (with the permission of your clients, of course). Use platforms like Zoom or Riverside that auto-generate transcripts. Create a dedicated Google Drive folder where all transcripts land automatically. Save the files with names that make sense.

MORE FOR YOU

The key is making this system foolproof. No manual uploads, no forgotten recordings. Every coaching insight gets captured without extra work from you.

Create your processing pipeline

Next, build a simple automation using Make (formerly Integromat). Set up a scenario that triggers whenever a new transcript appears in your Drive folder. This isn’t complicated, you just have to familiarise yourself with Make or your automation platform of choice.

The first module should send your transcript to Claude or ChatGPT’s API and ask it to extract the ten most powerful quotes from your transcript. Tell it to look for “surprising insights, off-the-wall perspectives, and ‘aha’ moments.” Tell it to remove any identifying information.

You want questions you asked that provoked a great answer. Bold statements, and unique frameworks that show your expertise. Things you probably forget you said. This is your content superpower.

Format for multiple platforms

Once you have the statement, frameworks and components of great content, your automation should then transform each quote into platform-specific formats using another prompt.

For Instagram, pair the quote with a relevant caption, emojis (if that’s your jam) and 3-5 hashtags that reach your target audience. For LinkedIn, write the perfect hook and rehook, add business context and end with a question that invites engagement. For TikTok, create a hook and brief script outline that gets to the point fast.

Instruct your Make scenario to save these formatted pieces to a content library spreadsheet with platform tags and suggested posting dates.

Automate the design step

The final piece connects to Canva through Make. Have three branded templates ready (create your own or use Canva’s suggestions), one for each platform with your colors, fonts and typefaces.

Your automation sends the formatted quotes to Canva, which populates the templates automatically. The completed graphics get saved to a “Ready to post” folder, and you receive a notification with the day’s content.

With this system, one 60-minute coaching call could generate 30 pieces of content. The time investment might be just 15 minutes to review before scheduling. Sure, you’ll create other post types around the quotes. But you’re way ahead with your content in just one automation.

Build your content extraction machine in four steps

The analogies, frameworks, and breakthroughs that happen on coaching calls can’t be replicated sitting alone at your desk trying to think of something smart to say. Your coaching calls contain all the content you need. This system lets you focus on what you do best while turning those sessions into weeks of engaging posts.

Set this up once, and you’ll never start at a blank screen again. You’ll grow your audience with authentic content that actually sounds like you. Your hard-earned wisdom won’t stay locked in call recordings. It will work for you, bringing in new clients while you sleep.

Stop making it harder than it needs to be. Build this system today, and watch your audience grow.
