Since joining Inchcape in 2011, he has held senior leadership roles spanning brand development, market expansion, and business transformation. Most recently, Alex served as Global Business Development Director for Inchcape’s Digital Parts Platform, where he spearheaded OEM partnerships and supported international market launches.
In his new role as Commercial Director at Atkins Kroll, Alex will oversee the Sales Department and Rental Department. He will lead AK’s multi-brand sales organization across Toyota, Lexus, Chevrolet, and BMW, driving strategies to deliver seamless, customer-first buying experiences while strengthening market share in Guam and Saipan. In addition, Alex will guide AK’s Rental Department, which plays a key role in supporting mobility for local customers, businesses, and the tourism industry, ensuring reliable and innovative rental solutions that reflect AK’s commitment to service excellence
“Alex’s deep expertise and global perspective make him a valuable addition to the Atkins Kroll leadership team,” said Clark Boswell, Vice President & General Manager of Atkins Kroll. “His proven record of driving growth, building strong OEM relationships, and creating customer-focused strategies reflects the Inchcape vision of delivering better mobility and aligns perfectly with our promise of being Here for Guam, Here for Saipan, Here for Life.”
Alex succeeds longtime AK leader Tom Mazzei, who will retire in February 2026 after a distinguished career in the automotive industry.
Douglas “Eric” Green has been appointed Aftersales Director
Eric brings nearly 30 years of automotive experience, including over 18 years in fixed operations leadership across franchise and independent dealerships. His deep expertise in service operations, customer experience, and technician development will be pivotal in elevating AK’s aftersales performance and ensuring greater alignment with OEM partners.
Throughout his career, Eric has successfully led multi-location aftersales teams across Texas, Florida, Ohio, and Kentucky. He has implemented digital inspection systems, optimized service processes, and consistently delivered measurable improvements in productivity and customer satisfaction. With a foundation as a certified diesel technician, Eric also brings valuable technical insight to leading complex, high-performing service teams.
“These appointments reinforce Atkins Kroll’s ambition to deliver excellence not only at the point of purchase, but throughout the entire ownership journey,” added Boswell. “By strengthening our commercial and aftersales leadership, we are positioning AK to deliver innovative solutions, world-class service, and customer experiences that reflect both Atkins Kroll’s local legacy and Inchcape’s global expertise.”
