A Lancaster man was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and propulsion of missiles onto a roadway, among other charges, relating to a Sept. 17 incident.
Dylan Brandon Quinones, 29, of Lancaster, was charged after a Lebanon shooting.
Lebanon police officers were sent to the 600 block of Quentin Road for a report of gunshots around 7:45 p.m. on Sept. 17. They reviewed surveillance video showing a man walking up to a parked black car, exchanging items with the front seat passenger, and walking away.
After the man started walking away, the passenger door opened, and the passenger stepped out holding a handgun and fired three shots.
A nearby business was open for the evening with patrons inside as the shots rang out. Police found two spent 9mm casings in the parking lot.
Police talked with the owner of the car on Sept. 20. The owner said she was in the driver’s seat during the incident and knew the passenger was Quinones. She said she didn’t know he was going to shoot, and after the incident she felt forced by Quinones to drive him to Lancaster.
She said she believed Quinones would shoot her if she didn’t listen.
Quinones is not incarcerated but is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
