In Your Town Irmo: Knick Knacks & More

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – In Irmo’s Ballentine community, Knick Knacks & More has grown into a one-of-a-kind space where art, small business, community and connection come together.
The shop began after owners Kelley Kelly and her husband faced the difficult task of clearing out belongings from their late parents. What started as a way to preserve and share family treasures soon transformed into a larger vision: a place where local entrepreneurs could showcase their work, neighbors could gather, and creativity could thrive.
Over the past year, the business has expanded and elevated. It houses booths for local makers, a fully stocked art studio offering workshops and classes, and the Kottage Kitchen, where small-scale bakers serve up sweet treats.
The shop serves as both a marketplace and a gathering place. Visitors can browse vintage finds, pick up DIY craft kits, or enjoy creative afternoons with friends. Looking ahead, the owners hope the studio will become a regular hub for small groups, birthday celebrations, and community events.
Located just off the interstate near the Food Lion in Ballentine, Knick Knacks & More is preparing to celebrate its first anniversary with even more to offer local residents.
