“I would say talking to your friends is probably the hardest,” Irish singer–songwriter Cian Ducrot has said about men reaching out for help with their mental health.
Riding high off the success of his July album release Little Dreaming, the 28-year-old has taken time out to promote a new report released today by men’s health and suicide-prevention charity Movember.
