More than just a list, edie’s annual 30 Under 30 initiative shines a spotlight on talented sustainability and net-zero professionals – aged under 30 – who are delivering on efforts to build a better future and showing fantastic promise for their future potential.

All of these professionals will benefit from access to bespoke edie content and events over the coming 12 months, beginning with an exclusive launch and networking event in London later this autumn.

With businesses maturing their approach to all manner of sustainability challenges and opportunities, including supply chain management and nature reporting, the need for talented and passionate employees entering into the workforce has never been higher.

edie’s 30 under 30 Class of 2024 highlights the exemplary talent aiming across a range of organisations – from large financial institutions and big-name businesses to SMEs and public sector organisations.

Commenting on the announcement, edie’s content editor Sarah George said: “It is our pleasure and privilege to convene 30 of the young visionaries who are working tirelessly across organisations of all sizes and sectors to shape a more sustainable future, redefine what it means to be a responsible business and innovate with intention.”
