NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
for Tang’s Corporation
Application for Rezone #2025-3024
The Public is invited to attend and provide comments at a Zoning Board
Public Hearing on this request for Change in Zoning District. Mr. Kevin
Tang (Tang’s Corporation) proposes to rezone lot 026 K 85 from “Village
Commercial / Rural” to “Mixed Commercial” zoning district. The site is
located in the village of Dandan. This area is zoned as Village Commercial
A public hearing will be held on:
Thursday, October 9, 2025
Time: 2:00 pm
Place: Multipurpose Center, Susupe, Saipan
Comments on the proposal may be submitted orally or in writing at the public
hearing. Written comments may be submitted directly to the Zoning Office
before 3pm, October 8, 2025. Please send written comments via e-mail to
zoningboard@cnmizoning.com, via US mail to Caller Box 10007, Saipan,
MP 96950, or deliver them to the Zoning Office, at Suite 315, 3rd Floor,
Marianas Business Plaza in Susupe.
