Biosecurity restrictions on American pork entering New Zealand have not stopped the country from growing both the value and volume of its imports, officials have told the Government.

However, the coalition is yet to confirm whether it may still change the existing rules, with United States President Donald Trump having pursued similar concessions from other countries.
