A current WWE champion shared some personal news on Sunday. Kylie Rae announced that she is pregnant, which explains why she recently vacated the Relentless Pro Wrestling Women’s Championship. Rae is the reigning WWE ID Women’s Champion. WWE hasn’t revealed the status of the title amid Rae’s announcement.Rae is engaged to Isaias Velazquez, who also performs in the wrestling industry. As a result, Rae became a regular performer on the weekly “Evolve” show. While she failed to become the inaugural Evolve Women’s Champion, Rae made WWE history by becoming the first WWE ID Women’s Champion. Rae captured the gold by defeating Zara Zakher and Zayda Steel in a triple threat match at a GCW event on Aug. 1.Rae’s most recent televised match aired on the Aug. 8 episode of “Evolve.” Rae defeated Masyn Holiday after locking in a crossface and forcing the submission. It was her first match on “Evolve” since losing a title eliminator against Chantel Monroe on July 18.Rae’s Career Prior to WWEBefore Rae secured a deal with WWE, she gained a following on the independent scene. Her work on the indies led to Rae becoming a member of the AEW roster. Ultimately, Rae was granted her release from the company in 2019.Rae signed with Impact Wrestling that same year. She won a Gauntlet for the Gold match to earn a shot at the Impact Knockouts Championship. Rae never won the title, and she left the promotion in 2021, citing struggles with mental health.While Rae initially retired from the wrestling business, she made her return under the NWA banner.
